e-machines computors ripoff-almost 3 years now and no 75.00 rebate consumer fraud ripoff irvine California
I have exhausted myself trying to collect a 75.00 rebate from this company, countless calls, e-mails, and letters...always being refered to a different person or number or department.
I am 3 months away from 3 years waiting and find that I am not close to being alone having problems with this company .with the sheer numbers involved i cant believe class action has not been filed,count me in if someone wants to take the initiative and good luck to all of you waiting for an e-machines rebate check.

I know it must be frustrating not to get a large rebate such as this. I just wanted to comment that I participated in a similar rebate offer from e-machines and didn't have any problems at all. e-machines is a manufacturer of low-end computers and offers numerous rebate incentives. There are bound to be problems here and there.
