Dynasty International Associates INC I bought tickets for a cruise & when I tried to call them a couple of months later the phone numbers fax number & the web sites did not exist anymore Dale City Virginia

Last I receive an offer from Dynasty International Associates over the fax machine. I thought that it was good deal, so i called and bought tickets. They told me that i could call 45 days ahead to schedule a cruise trip and all. For the past few months i tried to call them and i have not been able to get in touch with anyone, via phone, fax, or web site.

If they disappeared, try to get information from Florida.

In your complain mention the fax too.
The sending of unsolicited advertising by means of a facsimile machine is in contray to both Federal and State Statutes. Specifically, FLA STAT 356.1657 (1995) amd 42 U.S.C. 227. The solicitation gives consumers the impression of urgency, when in fact consumers usually have up to two years to use the certificate.
