dvd.netflix failed to send a movie for 8 days and would not give me credit or a refund. My top selection has not been fulfilled for over a month. They want me to put more movies in my cue, perhaps older or unwanted titles?  It is obvious that they do not have enough movies to satisfy their customers. I dropped my membership. They got my money, I got nothing!
