Dunham's Sports I was harassed and screamed at by a male in his 20s Marinette Wisconsin
I was employed at Dunham's Sports as a part time cashier. A co-worker had several issues. One day he
was harassing me and telling me when to take a break. He said you can go on break at 1:00 since you come in at 10:00 when the store opens. He then said that's 4 hours. I walked away from him and said no that's 3 hours. Then three days later, I was putting my food away in the fridge in the tiny break room and he comes to the door and starts screaming at me, "You scared me. You scared me." I had done nothing. Then he screamed "Why are you here? You're not supposed to be here." A female manager sat there and never told him to knock it off.
She only said she's here to work. Then he screamed, " I don't know everyone's shifts." He then screamed at me,
"Are you okay? Are you okay?" I ignored him. I then transferred to a different Dunham's, but the company is not for people who are actually honest, civilized and respectable human beings. It was a hostile work environment and it's only for people who are incompetent, have mental issues, and who treat women like crap.

The male in his 20s was screaming. This was late Friday afternoon and there was no one in the store. I had to work the late shift. I did contact a warm line in Madison, WI and the counselor said that his behavior was inappprorpiate and he also said the do nothing female supervisor was also complicit in this whole affair by sitting there like a lump.
She only recently became a supervisor. As one elderly male co-worker said that the male in his 20s also bothers him and he ignores him and walks away. I did previously ignore his harassment, but in the tiny breakroom I could not escape.
As the doctor at the Marshfield Clinic noted when I was college 50 years ago, northeastern Wisconsin is backwards and primitive. He was right and ne Wisconsin is even more backwards and primitive today.

This break room, it was a back room in this store, right? If this person eas actually SCREAMING, everybody in the store would have heard this, right? Now let's define our terms. When a mother sees their young child run off into traffic, they will indeed be screaming at the top of their lungs, don't you think? Somehow, I don't think this guy was doing THAT and your terminogy is nothing more than this dumb generational exaggeration!
