Complaint Review: Duncan Freightliner

Warranty work performed on transmission was initially at no cost. Then my a/c clutch(warrantied item) goes out. Service dept. tells me the compressor(warrantied item)will also have to be replaced and that I'm to pay for all of it.

The next day my a/c quits working, a qualified mechanic at a different service center informed me it was due to poor workmanship. Again, I returned to Waco Freightliner to repair the a/c and then I was told the transmission work done earlier was going to cost me.
