It was their 1st year and should be their last year operating! The clubs were unorganized, hotel was not a 5 star as advertised and, it was very far away outside of the city. Very unprofessional organizer he is way to flirtatious and, standoffish & definitely knows nothing about running a businesses properly for all the people that he had not have proper seating on a hot bus with no AC where everyone’s things kept getting stolen on his bus also they had 0 security and, you didn’t get anything that was advertised Manhattan, ATL, LA, Florida, Washington D.C., Virginia
This company is ran by a man with a record that engaged in a fist fight on the trip in front of us. The rooms are super small and, the hotel pool is in the shade. The hotel is way too far from the city and, it isn’t a 5 star as they say that it is. The Events were long hot since the buses had no AC & unorganized.
At the end of the desert safari out driver wasn’t even outside with our items in their car we had to wait an additional 20 minutes after being in the heat & bumpy car ride all day. As indicated the buses from hotel don’t have Ac and peoples cameras, purses, and souvenirs were stolen off of the buses when we briefly went into a stop. Which is very sad there was no security on buseses or throughout trip. It is a very bad Dubai representation for this particular company. Then they accused someone of not paying in our group at the "cove”.
It was not classy, relaxing or organized also it was a real bottom feeder crowd some of the woman on the bus were even exchanging words and about to fight over not being seated in the same seat on the no AC bus they intially sat in! There’s no refunds of course but, it is a bad experience after a 15 hour flight to have so many conservative disappointments for a full week. It was drama filed and non professional.
Don’t waste your time or money. Try another Dubai group like destination Dubai. Even this guy used to be with them and, he left and, tried to do it on his own it’s not working out so well in my opinion. I am going to destination Dubai in two weeks!
