Product ordered was not delivered within the specified time frame. The company has refused to cancel the order and refund money. I ordered a Dream Cloud mattress on 6/15/2020 (Order # 5219068) at which time my credit card was immediately charged $1,270.94. The order confirmation stipulated that the order would be received within 7-14 days. On 6/30/20 I emailed to inquire as to when the order would be delivered.

I received no response. I cancelled the ordered via an email on 7/2/20 (17 days past the original order) due to non-delivery and followed up with a call in which I was on hold for 93 minutes to no avail - I hung up. A response was received on 7/8/20 with an apology for their delayed response and no date for delivery. I responded to emails from Dream Cloud on 7/10/20 in which they ignored my cancellation request and said they were waiting for shipping, I requested again confirmation of cancellation and a credit to my credit card.

Dream Cloud sent an email again on 7/15 saying they had sent a cancellation to their warehouse, however, in the email they have a Disclaimer stipulating "This is not a guaranteed cancellation. Our warehouse will need to confirm the item status before issuing a refund." I received another email on 7/16/20 stipulating that the warehouse needs to confirm cancellation. It has been over 30 days since my original order, my credit card charged, no delivery of product and no action taken to cancel the order and credit my card. Dream Cloud is engaging in unfair and deceptive business practices and is financing their operations with customer funds.
