DR Horton Unethical Treatment of Homeowners Living in DR Horton Communities Mitchellville Nationwide
We boutght a new construction home from DR Horton 3 years ago. This year we put it on the market to sell. Horton is still building in our community and adjacent communities. DR Horton is sabataging the sale of our home. As our house came on the market at a price lower than their new homes, they dropped prices under our homes price the next day. They took down our Open House signs and piled them up on the corner. To top it all off, this weekend they put one of their Advertising Signs inches from our property line. They came in the evening to do this. This large company is willing to hurt the very people who buy from them. They are the main reason our house has not sold yet. They are completely unethical and will stop at nothing for a dollar.
I am hoping their is an attorney willing to do a civil suit for the money we have lost and continue to lose due to these unethical practices.
