Douglas Property Management never changed the names on the utility bills when a tenant moved in and caused the owner to be charged for all utility bills. Until now they have not reimbursed owner for $730.89 in utility bills.

Douglas Property Management allowed pets without first asking owner and failed to charge tenant a pet security deposit. The dogs left dog hairs and smell which owner had to clean up before next tenant moved in.
