DoorDash Doordash refuses to refund services not rendered San Francisco Califronia

I ordered two pizzas from Round Table Pizza for my family for $47.49. Order number is fce937da-454c-453e-8e95-d97ac81bd21a Page. It is scheduled for lunch delivery on 09/15/2021. The dasher delivered it to the wrong address at 11:25am. I was not available during lunch and did not disocver the order did not arrive for my family until 5pm. The photo of delivery by the dasher showed it was delivered to the wrong address. Neither my neighbors have it. I never received the order. 

I asked Doordash for full refund for services not rendered. The customer representative refused to refund the charges. The web site shows this message:

"We are sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience using our service. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any compensation due to the amount of recently processed compensation on your account."

I do not recall the last time I asked them to refund for deliveries sent to the wrong address. It happened a few times. It happened more often to me because I have been a loyal customer for years and they mess up often. 

Doordash does not own up their mistakes. I should not pay for services not rendered, considering they are delivery services who sent the items to the wrong address. This is unethincal business practice.
