Don't use Social Catfish LLC - they're will rip your pocket more than really be honest to you!! Catfishing, The Guardian They lied to me and I did not get my full 5 day trial period charging me $5.73 as they said they would extend it and it didn't extend Murietta California

I purchased the service to do a 5 day trial research for $5.73 with exception to do image research which is extra. Little did I know when I did some searches that it wouldn't go further into search but will ask for more money after I type in things. I thought maybe I could just do the letter name research but realized end of 2nd day, I would have over 2,000 name search like I"m not going to spend all day and night doing this.

Into the 3rd day, I called Social Catfish again about it and they said the system should be working and I said it's not working for me to do researches that I lost the first two days. They said they don't refund and that I was able to do a research but I'm saying I wasn't able to do the full five days for my $5.73 trial charge. So few minutes later that same day, I went back to the computer to do researching to see if it was working or not and knowing I have 2 more days to end the trial period.

I noticed they changed the system on me that I can do the research now. Since, I lost first two days of research so I called up into the 4th day and talked to Sylas and told him about what happened. He said he will grant me the extension of 5 days from the day I called him which would expire May 13, 2020. Today, May 9, 2020, being I already had requested cancellation from the 2nd or 3rd night to them and requesting refund, via email, that I wasn't able to do more research as Sylas said it was okay to continue using their system to make my lost of first 2 days and not have to refund me.

I told him on the phone should I let the Social Catfish know of this change that he's allowing me extra days for searches and he said no. Now I see after today not being able to do anymore searches why maybe that's what happened so I won't get my refund and he lead me on and lied to me. Ironically, they're the ones going after the bad guys for us to do searches on their site, but I wonder if they too are the bad guys as they rip people off their pockets.  Also, I noticed they were complained about, as well.
