I prurchased a number of bulbs and plants on line from Burgess Seed & Plant.Co. The delivery arrived in great delay and the pacakage was partially broken. 6 live plants arrived with all broken leafs and dehydrated. Few days later they died. According to their instructions we keps the labels attached to the plants and the internet sale receipt.

When we sent the labels for replacement, they responded that they require the shippong label on the pakage and not the labes attached to the plant. Therefore hiding behind this technical missundersating, they refused to replace the plants.

They had all the info: Sale receipt, plant label, payment receipt. We wish other people to know that their operation is a Ripoff! and they do not honor their guaranty!
