just put through a great deal with 24k potential profit but it was a big fat no anthe reason was......area of purchase was a rural area...wow they obviously do not know people in Texas are fleeing the big cities for rural area which this town is building like wildfire......i truly believe this company is a 100% scam an ripped us off for 3k
