After giving Victor Franco 50% cash to install my Pallet Rack Victor would never answer any call or text,
He will promise to do the job with his team just to convince you to trust him and will ask you for cash Only so you won’t be able to have any evidence of paying any money to him,
Also Victor will tell you everything you wants to hear to get the sale and do his Ripoff.
Another thing is Victor will never show you any Proof of COI. I guess due to an strategy the costumer don’t get enough information about him and his company. The day of the meeting I also noticed he will take a picture of your Face secretly and act like he was sending a text message. The reason why Victor keep a picture of his victim is just to keep it in his Scam Record Files in case things doesn’t go the way he plans it and have an step ahead of his victims if it escalated to personal,
The reason I’m doing this report is to let others people know who they are making deals with and be aware of this type of Scumbags,
Scammers like this are just one reason why life is so miserable for so many unsuspecting people who never did anything wrong to others. There are days I very seriously consider becoming a bounty hunter or mercenary to deal with these pukes.
