Complaint Review: Dish Network

Dish Network I cancelled service several months ago. Now they are billing me to start up again. Each time I called they just put me on hold for nearly an hour Englewood, Colorado

I cancelled my service with Dish in March 2018 because I signed up with a new fiber optics cable company. Now, on 7/4/2018 I received an e-mail fom Dish telling me my bill is ready. The bill is for $259.06 due on 7/16/2018. I have tried to call twice and have been put on hold both times, one for thirty-eight minutes and the last time for over 53 minutes (I can verify these when I get my phone bill). I tried to go to their contact page and do a chat. The chat button does not work. These people are avoiding me so we can't resolve what the issue is.
