Discount Wheel Warehouse returned defective tires after purchasing new ones but after over 5 months i've not recieved over $600 reimbursment for shipping & cost of tires. Fullerton California
I've purchased a set of wheels and tires that was sent to me ups already mounted and balanced. I had to have the tires balanced again because they shake at certain speeds, but they wouldn't balance because the tires was out of round.
I was told to pay for new tires and send the old ones back with proof of purchase and copy of shipping invoice with the amount of purchase on them.
This has been over 5 months and repeatedly called and getting the run around but i haven't recieved my money yet and i'm fed up with the lies. Please help!
