After ordering the Wheel and Tire package over the phone and receiving them one week later. After opening the boxes I found the two rear wheels were scratched from improper mounting(using and internal clamp instead of a rim clamp). I called and once directed to send pics. Their email hasn't worked for a week and finally after two weeks they received the pics and stated " the damage wasn't bad enough for a return or replacement on their behalf. If I wanted to send them back at my expense and they would refund me all except restocking fees. I would still be stuck with the two front wheels with no way of having a match. Me and JR(sales) communicated well and he stated the wheels were new and any blemishes would be covered for replacement. He lied( may be out of his control) but the service rep (justin) is ill mannered and offered nothing to repair the situation. I would never recommend this outfit to anyone looking for wheels or tires.

But BLING is standard on darkies cars. Absolutely, positively necessary. RIGHT?
