Complaint Review: Discount Wheel & Tire

After my husband and I spent 3 grand in one day with them to put the nicest wheels and tires on the market on his truck that they said would fit on his truck we get it home and realize the tire rubs when you turn it to the left. So we modified the truck thinking no big deal. Few months later we go to get tires rotated and balanced they scratched the rims and put the weights on the outside of the rims which scratched them even more! Then we go a second time to get the tires rotated and they broke two screws in the center caps and others were missing. So after telling us they would order more we returned to get them replaced and they dont know what we are talking about. The manager tells us over the phone to bring the truck back and they could walk next door to get the screws from home depot! he does it all the time! I have tried them with several vehicles and i promise i will never go back! They have bad customer service and bad wait time for a tire rotation expect to wait at least 1 1/2 hours with an appointment!

Also they sold us tires for our car that were 90000 mile guarnteed and we worn em out in 20000! But promised when we replaced them they would give us a credit towards a new pair that added up to not even the replacement of one tire!
