DIRECT TV DIRECT TV inc. stealing monies through my credit card,(4 times now) yes stealing!!!!! Phoenix Arizona
In October of 2013 i signed up for direct tv /phone bundle ,it was truly the worst cluster f... i have ever seen,they got nothing right ,not what i ordered ,in both cases ,now AT&T THINKS I HAVE SERVICE WITH THEM and has tried charging me over $300 per month ( our agreement was unlimited long distance and local service =$20 computer modem =$15 these are per month charges,so ATT has gone off their rocker in cahoots with DIRECT TV ,THEY HAVE NOW CHARGED ME $1058.53 TO HOOK UP MY DIRECT TV ,ATT JUST FLAT OUT STOLE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $150. ALL DUE TO DIRECT TVs pure MISMANAGMENT OR THEY'VE JUST SAID HELL W/IT AND JUST STEAL NOW ,SINCE THE CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT HELP YOU.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SIGN ANYTHING WITH THESE SLIME BALLS,RUN RUN RUN
