We sought advise on what kind of LED light to buy for our boat and purchased the lighting from them. It took forever to get the lighting and when it DID arrive there were no instructions. Finally, after MANY calls and many RUDE and MEAN people we were told how to install the lighting. Lights BURNED up in just a couple days. Lights were made of flimsy and cheap quality. After review of these people's eBay feedback there is a pattern of complains and EVERY complaint is countered by the "JOBE" clan on how they NEVER have compalints, have THOUSANDS of customers and EVERY single time there IS a compalint they ALWAYS have reasons, explanations and excuses WHY it is the buyers fault. EVERYTIME. We could understand it being the buyers fault often or many times but EVERY TIME? If you look at the responses to the negative and neutral feednack on eBay ALONE anyone with a reasonable mind can see that these people are less than honest, MEAN AND RUDE. We had to fight tooth and nail to get our money back from the credit card company. Additionally, there is another close friend of ours from Tampa, Florida that purchased another more expensive light from BOATPLUG, (another one of their comapnies), we bought ours from Diablo Royale Customs. Anyway, our friend in Tampa installed the lighting he purchased from them on his 85' Motoryacht and the light actually got so HOT it caught FIRE UNDERWATER, (something to do with the inferior VERY flamable EPOXY they use). The damage was MORE than $15,000.00 and of course it was ALL the buyers fault! "buyer did not hook it up right" and "buyer did not follow instructions" and EVEN "buyer did NOT buy the light from us"!

I can ONLY warn all who read this to stay away from these people! Buy from a reputable company that actually stands behind the product.

The lights these people sell look VERY homemade, (like they were made on a child's model table in the trailer park).

DON'T be fooled by these people! They will say almost ANYTHING to get you to buy this junk and then when it either stops working or EVEN catches FIRE you will hear more stories than are in the New York Times.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
