Mr. Nguma of Detection Services was tasked by our company to complete trademark registartion services - on behalf of our client - through a law firm in Tanzania. After 8 months of trying to close the registartions and obtain the certificates, Mr. Nguma took $600USD of professional fees and did not complete the assignment. During the 6th month, Mr. Nguma started to ignore our incoming emails and phone calls for a period of two months. He would always say that he would provide proof of the services provided and ontained payment recepits for us. In the end, he did not.
Since then, he has been ignroing our phone calls and emails - including the law firm he hired to do the trademark registration. If anyone is thinking about hiring Mr. Nguma for serices in Africa I highly to do not reommend him for any important projects pertaining to investigations ervces as we believe he is not professionally fit to do the job.
