i called hp when i googles it the # 877 640- 6039 got connected they said HP and said i had a virus and they needed $ 14.99 from my credit card so they can fix my computer . i gave them my debit card and they said it will take all night to fix it and not to use the computer . my friends the next day this is a scam. went to my bank chase and the told me they went to western union and took out $ 530.00 . also when i checked my e- mail it came up with the name ZOHO to tell me the computer is fixed
