  My name is Ashley rivers, I gave birth to my daughter Aubrey in March 2014 she was taken away for me by the department of health and human services in July 2014 because her father was a heroin addict and he did not live with me at the time he has never been abusive or drank around our daughter or use drugs around our daughter they told me that I would get her back as long as I stayed away from him I have done everything that they asked me to do I have gone back to school I have my own home I have my own vehicle I go to therapy I do not use drugs or alcohol and never have and they are telling me that they are putting her up for adoption because I talk to him via text messages . Jeremy is now in a program in intensive outpatient drug rehabilitation program . He now has his own place and has a really good job, the guardian at Leitem on this case does not even attend family team meeting. The department of health and human services caseworker Ian Spencer has people following me around taking pictures of me. They are bullying me they are mentally abusive emotionally abusive The department says that I'm a wonderful mother and they have no concerns of me being a parent for Aubrey The bond between us is supernatural and is something that is out of this world that I cannot even describe I'm 27 years old she'll be two in March and I have missed out on her entire life except for the first four months of her life which I was exclusively breast-feeding when they took her from me
