Complaint Review: Deng RU

I ordered 3 Pairs of Vince Camuto Zucco Moccasin, Navy Size 10.5 (US size) Men's shoes from thebirchteam.com on 6/24/2018.

I did not receive an email confirmation, and have tried twice (first time was 6/24/2018, the second time was 6/29/2018) to contact the seller using the contact link on the website (thebirchteam.com). No response either time.

I filed a claim with my credit card bank (Wells Fargo), and on July 12, 2018 I received 3 pairs of black cloth sneakers with white plastic soles, nothing like what I ordered.

I used the merchant's website to request an RMA to return the merchandise and receive a full refund. No response as of yet.
