In addition to massive copyright infringement, Defaulters.com engages in rampant trademark infringement, dilution, and tarnishment of trademarks by inserting them into their domain names at the top of the page, linked to unsavory or nasty material, thus illegally and unfairly propelling these defamatory, slanderous, and libelous websites to the top of the list in Google, Bing, and Yahoo search engine results.

This is altogether a violation of the AntiCyberSquatting Law and the UDRP law prohibiting this type of online criminal conduct.

If you have also been a victim of these criminals, please file complaints with the Intellectual Property Rights Center, FBI IC3, FTC, and your local state attorney generals office.

You can also sue them online at https://secure.adrforum.com/ddfiling/default.aspx?Ruleset=UDRP
