Sold me a lemon that broke down in less than a week. I told them I wanted my money back and I was told they would fix the car, which still is not done. I returned numerous times to have my money refunded. The last time my roommate was with me and I was told they would refund my money, now they are saying they didn't say that.

I am disabled and cannot read. The contract was never read to nor explained to me. When I had the car towed to them to be "fixed" my paperwork was in the car. When I received the car back my paperwork was gone. The only thing they "fixed " was the ABS Pump. The same day I got the car back (they had it approximately a week and a half) I went to drive it and it wouldn't go over 25mph.

Again I contacted them and was told " it was fine when we drove it, we had it up to 75mpn" I know that's a lie because the speed limit on US Hwy 19 is 45mph and with the traffic you couldn't go 75mph if you wanted to. I took the car to Firestone and the diagnostic trouble codes that came up were for the engine and the transmission.

It's now to the point where I get nothing but excuses and (Greg) just insists there was nothing wrong with the car. According to Firestones diagnostics it is a complete system failure, however Greg keeps telling me his dad plugged in their computer and couldn't find anything wrong. All I'm asking for is my deposit of $500 and my $165 I paid for my tag to be refunded.

I was told they would refund the $165 and that's it. Greg also tried to tell me the tag was only $75 so they were being generous by offering $165, however I have the receipt where I paid $165 cash for the tag. I also went to the DMV on 02/15/2020 and was informed they haven't even put in for my tag yet!

Since you know you can't read, why didn't you take somebody with you to read the contract?
