Debra Kirk - Chicago, IL Sold nonworking equipment over internet and will not respond
Debra Kirk sold me Transcription equipment over the internet for $350.00 and I received the product and it does not work. I have contacted her and she said she would refund my money. I have not received my money back and she will not respond to my emails.
