This above named complaint is also about a third party debt collector forcing court cases against me where the is no contract between us and the third party purchased a debt that he could not collect on so the attorney has resulted illegal methods actions where my private information has been to monitzed.
the above court case where the court is currently being traded on the Stock Market as of today. I have the evidence and the proof of everything being stated. please exscuse me mispellings I type fast and did not correct my errors.
Judgement Recovery Assisatance LLC is being run by disbarred attorney by the name of Rex Brady who runs Judgement Recovery Assisiatnce LLC his wife Tina Brady who is the president of the company and they have also enlisted the services of Attorney David K Compton these are truly bad people harming the community every since 2015.
I have seen many complaints to the ORANGE COUNTY DA who has refused to file any charges against in my case or any other case complaining about the activities of these very bad people. Rex Brady was dissbared after he resued to pay his bar fees.
Jusdgement Recovery Assistance LLC is being protected by JUDGE COREY CRAMIN which any case comes before him rearding Judgement Recovery Assistance LLC I have yet to see him ruke in any case against them and REX BRADY and JUDGE COREY CRAMIN have a personal relaitionship with each ohter Judge. Corey Cramin seems to go out of his way to protect Judgement Recovery Assistance LLC.
I have made countless effort in trying to resolve this matter with Judgement Recovery Assistance who has 2 current open court cases for the exact same coourt case one had a date of 2015 and the other is 2019 both of the cases are currenlty being traded on the market for millions of dollars with my forged siganture that created the securities that are being traded.
In the 2015 court case a WRIT OF EXECUTION was entered in to the court in 2018 and until today thier has been no JUDGEMENT OF SATSIFACTION filed into the case all of this was brought to JUDGE COREY CRAMIN'S attention whos aksed attorney DAVID KEITH COMPTON was any of this being stated true and DAVID KEITH COMPTON stated on and for the record that it was true that thier was never any SATISFACTION OF JUDGEMENT filied into the 2015 court which invalidates any 2019 court case proceeding for double jeapardy once DAVID KEITH COMPTON ADMITTED ON AND FOR THE RECORD that thier had been no JUDGEMENT OF SATISFATION filed in to the 2015 court case and then JUDGE COREY CRAIMN then turns and says that we are not thier to talk about that any way.
So I just blew DAVID KEITH COMPTON out of the water i got him to admit on the record that their no JUDGEMENT OF SATISFACTION filed in to the 2015 court case which compleley invalidates the 2019 court case. JUDGE COREY CRAMIN ignored the law and the facts that JUDGEMENT RECOVERY ASSISTANCE LLC and DAVID KEITH COMPTON has ne valid claim against me they dont have any signed contracts with me. I am sure that any other JUDGE would not risk his carrer for such lame, dishonest, unetical, people.
