Beware - do not do any forms of business with David Drake. He owes a lot of money to multiple, multiple people. He owned Drake & Ludwig Builders company and now is part owner in D.S. Facilities Group. He will make false claims to you, not pay you, slander you, lie, steal and cheat you out of work and your livelyhood and will not think twice about it. Pretty bad when you come across a random person and the conversation goes on and David Drakes name comes up and they say that he owes them money too. Stay away from this guy!!!!
