I started seeing numerous charges that showed up as "Datesnow Brisbane AU" on my bank statements. I never signed up for services, nor had I ever even heard of this company. I had to change my account number. The charges ended up being $200+. I looked a littel further into it and noticed that I was signed up for the beginners package and later on, the bonus package at around $80 a month. I tried in every way possible to contact them, but failed. They got away with my money and I still am clueless as to how they did it.

Hi from Australia Joseph. I'm sorry to hear that you appear to have been ripped off by one of my countrymen. I'm not sure if Ed will allow this URL to be published - if not you may be able to contact him and obtain it http://www.search.asic.gov.au/gns001.html - it is the address of our Australian Company Regulator who treats fraud very seriously. I hope it is of some help to you. I did the search of its database and it shows a company with a name similar to the name you mentioned listed so you can 'drill down' and find out who the directors, public officers etc are. Of course the people that ripped you off may be using a false name and the company listed may be genuine but at least it is a start in your quest for a refund.
