Credit Card Issue

Daraz.pk is the biggest online shopping website in Pakistan and several other south Asian countries. Most of the people do not know about their rights as consumers in Pakistan and Daraz.pk is taking advantage of this.  I was planning a camping 5 days trip in the last week of July, so I tried to place some orders on Daraz.pk but my card was rejected.

I tried to contact their support and they were so incompetent and do not even know what the issue is and asked me to contact my bank because it might be the issue from bank's end. I spoke to Bank there was not any issue. I spoke to Daraz support again, tried 4 different cards and all the cards were declined. In Short, their support could not fix the issue even I showed them the screenshot of the error. I change the payment method transferred the money from my card to Esaypesia account and placed the order.  





Pathetic Support

Daraz Support is pathetic and very unprofessional. Their technical team can not fix the issues. Just for placing a simple order it took me almost 5 days. They could not solve the issue and changing the payment method allowed me to place the order on their website. I am adding the screenshot of my chat with Daraz support please have a look at their language instead of saying screenshot they asked me to shoot the screen
