Complaint Review: Dappz

I ordered a part on-line from Dappz, utilizing the model number of my washing machine..I assumed that they would know the proper part number, being in the appliance business.  They sent me the wrong part.  I called and was issued a RMA#.  Of course, I had to pay to ship it back + a 15% re-stocking charge, even though they were at fault for the wrong part.

After not hearing from them for several weeks, I emailed (only way to talk to them) them to enquiry as to my partial refund.  They said that without a tracking # they couldn't tell me they received, although I included a copy of their invoice and the RMA# number that they provided in the package.

So, I'm going to file a complaint with PayPal and go from there.
