Danny's Tacos and DJ Service Danny Zavala paid in full for services that didn't occur Los Angeles California
In October 2017 I hired Dannys Taco and DJ Service for my fathers 75 birthday party. They party started at 3 pm and there were suppose to get there by 2 to set up and such. They showed up after 4pm, I had to go to the store for more appetizers I ordered beef, chicken and pork only had chicken and a weird tasting pork. I prepaid for services almost 2 months in advance and I had to contact him 2 days before the party because we hadn't heard from anyone. I think they forgot. That being said I wanted half of my money back. He agreed to credit my Visa debit card back $675 but never did. I tried to get him to pay for months. This was my last resort. Please don't pay in advance for his services. What food there as was not bad we the chicken anyways. No one was a fan of the pork and I am not sure what they would forget the beef. Use with caution

This report is a Hoax and fake. The person who files this report is the same person that rip me off and hired me to do a party and made final payment with fake and bad check the day off event. I took her to small claims court to get my money and she never showed up and never paid me.
Her name is Misty Pommier which she is a Theif. I reported her on this website as well the reason I know its her cause she is in Temecula same place where this person reported it please look her up she has done this to other companies in the past i was not 1st and wont be last. Also know its her as the amount she mentioned is same amount she owes me thru court judgment.
Sandra or who ever posted this claim said She hired me and paid in advance for service for 75th bday party in Los angeles in Oct 2017.
Below are reasons I know its fake and fraud statement.
1.We have never had any customers named Sandra.
2.We did not have any parties in or around los angleles area in Oct 2017
3.We NEVER EVER ask or allow full payment to be paid in advance.
4.We never show up 1 hr before event so I know thats false we always who up 2 hrs before and we have never been late to any event in the last 10yrs.
5.We never have had a party with only chicken and pork. Carne asada is always brought as 1 type of meat. the 2 types pf pork we have is Pastor and carnitas and none of them are weird tasting.
6.She stated she had to go to store for more appetizers but we dont even do appetizers.
7. We have never done a 75th birthday party for anyone EVER! We alwasys ask customer what occasion is for prior and after booking.
8.We always Provide contracts and invoices for services you are getting so there is no surprises and you know what you are getting, What date and what time.
This may also be ment towards another company and confused me with someone else. Which I dought I know this has something to do With Misty Pommier.
