I have an invoice from Cyrusher, I have an email from the company's business department explaining the two year warranty on the bike and the one-year warranty on the battery and the motor and they refuse to replace my defective bafang motor. I have been asking for 7 months.

I provided Cyrusher and Harry Xie with the email from Barry Geng business department Cyrusher, stating the warranty and the invoice and befriend initially offered to assist me in getting the warranty repair and Cyrusher is asking me to pay $380 for a Bafang 750 watt motor that is under warranty. There is a Facebook group called Cyrusher Let Down Cutomer Service. 

There are over thirty individuals that said they did not receive customer service regarding warranty replacement items. Because they had a warehouse in California they are able to be suid here in the United States and a class action lawsuit should be initiated against them. It is far less expensive for them to replace the items that are defective then to defend themself in a class action lawsuit.

Amazon.com and Bafang Motors should be included in the class action lawsuit since they are aware that Cyrusher is not standing behind their written warranty. For anyone that is interested and becoming part of a class action lawsuit at no cost to you please submit your invoice and your warranty problem that was not resolved and contact me.
