Curtis International Aaron Horzog Jacob Horzog Won’t honour my factory warranty MISSISSAUGA Ontario

I purchased an ice machine after about seven months out of the box it stopped working so I filed a report with Curtis International and they asked me to take photographs. He broke while using all I had done is turn off and on the product and fill it with water - Other than that it sat on the counter. On further inspection I noticed there was a crack in the basket that holds the ice while it's being made so Curtis international using this as an excuse because it's broken it's no longer covered under warranty?

I received calls from the service centre they've tried to block my email a couple of times and just do not want to replace my products so now I'm going to check from here on in who warranties are under before I buy it because Curtis International are all over the better business bureau and have bad reviews all over the place. I've been battling now for two months and I'll keep going...
