curciut city still selling used merchandise, sold as new, ripoffs!
We purchased a HP laptop the. The sticker on the outside of the box states model 5190. The lap top and inside sticker reads 5150. Of course I paid for a new 5190.
The store manager in east Brunswick, NJ stated we were "thief's" in so many words and refused to take back the computer for another one. They know darn welI what they did. I now know of this web site and will continue to pursue satisfaction. I will never purchase anything from this chain again.
