And here we go again with more BS. My laundry card was taken into this dryer on Monday September 17, 2018. I went to the leasing office to report it and was given the info to their vendor contact person, Robert Owen. I called and left a message on Monday the 17th when there was no answer. I then emailed Mr. Owen on Monday the 17th.

When I got no response by that Thursday, I called again and left a message again. I went to the leading office and they told me to call the number on the machine. I called the company who put out a service request to have a technician come get the card out of the machine and was told it would be up to 3 days. 6 business days from that call, a technician came.

He took the machine apart 11 days after the card was sucked into the machine, but states he couldn’t find it and someone must have taken it. He admitted that the slots weren’t placed correctly on the machine and saw how the card was sucked in. He told me to call the company and request a refund.

I called with him right beside me. I even put him on the phone after they denied my refund. I had to go up the chain after they suggested I put in another refund request
