Complaint Review: Crystal Wright/Set the Pace Publishing Group

In December of 1999, Crystal Wright Publisher and Owner of the Set the Pace Publishing Group called and offer me a magazine subscription to 1st Hold Magazine (a magazine for freelance make-up, hair and fashion sylists).

Since I am pursuing a career in make-up artistry, I subscribed.
I paid with a credit card over the phone. Since then I have yet to recieve a issue.

I have called and emailed her/them on several occasions and was told that they would check up on the status and get back to me. No one has. It has been almost a year and do not have any magazines from them and I am out of $30 some odd dollars. Can someone please help me with this matter, since it is not a high priority matter with Crystal Wright and Set the Pace Publishing Group. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
