Complaint Review: Mr. NareshKumar Malhotra

Cross Country Worldwide- a company run by Mr. Naresh Kumar Malhotra a resident of Delhi, had advertised various jobs in US with guaranteed employment. He had charged candidates fees ranging from IRS 50,000/- ( 1200 US $) to IRS 200,000/-(4500 US $), with an agreement that on landing US and getting a suitable job , each candidate will have to pay additional fees of 50% of the gross salary.

After collecting huge sum of money, this man dissapeared and is still not traceable. Indian crime branch has been notified and a formal complaint been registered with crime branch mumbai, by all the candidates , but till date the conman is still at large.
