Cross Country Bank ripoff opening closed accounts to void settlements with fraud charges ripoff deception Boca Raton Florida
I set up an aol account with a credir card from this bank. Where i closed account september 2001 .. i made settlement with them payed it off in full with credit company.. this account should ahve stayed closed as they had settlement in full...... the computer opened this account back up when i payed it but a mistaken charge thru aol was charged to this card and and they shoulkd have declined it .. this was closed settled account /. they took charge which was removed by aol and was thier mistake but this company says this charge voided steelement ven though i didnt tell them to open account return all interest and added 400$ in interest trying to rob m,e i will see them in court when they have to pay me DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS BANK THEY ARE THIEVES
