I set-up my monthly payment to debit my checking acount via internet payment to ensure my payments were on time. I received notice that my payment had not posted for two months, thus causing my account to be charged a late payment fee, overlimit fee and charge for a returned check fee. I reviewed my statement and my bank did not charge my account for a "insufficient fund" fee therefore the money was available in my account. I called customer services and debated the overlimit fee, late payment fee and the return check fee. I GOT NO WHERE!!!!! I was instructed to read the back of my statement fee which informed me that the this fees would be charged. I explained that I knew the contract terms and conditions however the payment had been submitted timely. They informed me that the fees would remain. This was the privilege of having a Cross Country Bank Visa card!! No thanks.
