I recently decided to give Cricket Wireless to try and committed to transferring over my two lines for Metro PCS, despite the fact I have been very happy with them for many years I went against my best interests and am now really regretting it!! I have spent the past 4 days or so on the phone with support attempting to not only have my number successfully ported over so we could then hopefully figure out how to activate it one of the phones was not a transfer number but a number of signed by Cricket Wireless themselves and they still can't activate it!!! I have spent hours upon hours that I simply don't have because I work attempting to get your support people to actually do something about it but it has been fruitless. These are faulty business practices and I certainly didn't give the money I spent as Charity! I will be returning these phones, making a report about your shotty business practices and definitely disputing the Chargers at my bank since the promise product and service clearly what's too difficult to deliver!! I'm going right back to Metro and that's where I will stay never again straying back over to this dark side! I just don't get what all the complications are! Your support guys literally spend 4-5 hours on the phone with me and are perfectly okay leaving me hanging at the end of it over and over again! I'm done And the icing on the cake of all of this was the fact that they sent me a refurbished phone that ran like a dinosaur rather than the new phone I had ordered from the website
