This company sells commercial mortgae leads with the promise of them being new, verified, fresh leads with characteristics that you custum choose. All of the leads I received have been called already by many others and just have no quality at all. Be aware you will not receive what you sign up for.
Also before I purchased I did my own due diligence. The thing is I check Ripoff Report under CREF Marketing and no one repoorted them under this name. But if you check under commercialleads.net you can see a trail of victums for over 10 years.
Most likely the personl names change, but beware of sending this company your hardearned money. They will target you on LinkedIn by boasting about huge commision checks earned by their clients.
