I opened an account to focus on raising my credit score. I deposited $1200 on my Sesame cash account. They mailed a debit card to me that got lost in the mail. I informed them that it was lost in the mail. The lady who I spoke with said that I had to have the same phone and email address to access my account. The phone broke and was damaged beyond repair. I changed email address due to possible Identity theft. The deposit was made on October 21, 2021 and I was told that there was nothing they could do to help me get my $1200 back. This was because I no longer had the same phone number and no longer used the email address that I was using when I created my account with Credit Sesame. Today's date is August 5, 2023. Two years trying to get through to this app banker.

 They "STOLD"????? Why not find a grade school student to write for you? They will sound educated up to at least the sixth grade!
