Complaint Review: US Credit Services

I was first called by this company on April 19, 2000 in regards to a "credit card" offer. All I had to do was to give them my banking information and they were to deduct $99.50 from my account for a total of $199.00, the representative assured me it was for a "Mastercard" Credit Card with a 2,500 credit limit. After checking my statements and paying the $199. I found out that they tried to obtain another 99.50 from my account. I immediately stopped that transaction at the bank and called their "so called customer service" which is ran by children, Rachael from this dept., on August 11th assured me that I was going to obtain a "refund" ...what the representatives don't tell you is "you will receive a credit package with information on how to handle your credit" (this info. you can obtain FREE from the internet) and a piece of paper to send to a company in Florida for "Credit Card Offers ONLY" to date I am still waiting for my refund... I should of checked out this company before giving out my checking account number, but I am determined to obtain every penny they TOOK from me under FALSE PRETENCES.

The 1-800-501-0078 number is answered by unprofessional children or is not answered at all or is forwarded to a voice mail system where the mailbox is always FULL so you cannot leave a message. My next step is to report this company to the "Attorney General's Office" "The Better Business Bureau" and I am going to send letters to the Television Station's in order to air this information to other people.

One way or another I will get $199. worth of DAMAGE done to this company. I will keep you all posted if I ever receive my money back. Thanks for having this forum to help others. I will be checking in often.
