Complaint Review: Crazy Frog Shop

Crazy Frog Shop I order two pair of Bass earbuds on April 20, 2020 they arrive on May 12,2020 the boxes was damaged the advertisement on the Website wasn't the same as the product i recieve.

Crazy Frog Shop I order two pair of Bass earbuds on April 20, 2020 they arrive on May 12,2020 the boxes was damaged the advertisement on the Website wasn't the same as the product i recieve i charge the earbuds i set them up i used them for two minutes put them back in the case it said 100% when i place them in the case it went down to 97% i wasn't happy in the first place for false advertisement then with the power i contact then on May 14,2020 explaining the situation.

they said im the first person that is sending the earbuds back then in one email the person started telling me how they like the earbuds and how they work i said why are u trying to make me keep something im not satisfied with altogether i paid 127.98 for i did everything on my part i had to pay like 52.00 dollars out my pocket for a tracking number to send the earbuds back.

i didn't know it was station in China in another Country i would of never purchased it in the first place and like i told them i don't care if im the first or last person who sends them back im not satisfied its not my fault that ya felt everybody was going to be satisfied with ya product and ya wouldn't have no defective product and its my money. plus its false advertising in the first place it doesn't look nothing like on the Website.

i want to pay want i ask for as well now the earbuds is stuck in GUANGZHOU,CHINA since June 20,2020 at 8:44am they say its nothing they can do it has to be released so i have to get in contact with my post office and they will see what they can do on they end is that my responsibility it says nothing in the return policy now im emailing them im not getting no response im asking am i going to get a refund or what.

just be honest i have no earbuds and i paid them money just to have i feel like i have been scam out my money yes i said i was going to make phone calls and do what i have to do so now im out of 127.98 and i have no control so i paid them 127.98 for free cause the Website name is www.crazyfrogshop.com so I gave them money
