Complaint Review: craig at priemium or greenbriar carpet cleaning

this guy from virginia area named craig has priemium carpet cleaning and green briar carpet cleaning and on the side is claming to be a marine mechanic and selling used boat parts and we ordered a part from him he told us he had the part and we sent him $800.00 and somewhat dollars plus shipping he verbally gave a 100 hour warranty for the part and guaranteed the part would fit.

when i recieved the part it was not the right part and when i tried to reach him at his number he answered the phone and said i reached the wrong number but in fact he did not want to answer the phone to send me the right part and i called at least 50 times and left at least 25 messages and he has yet to return my calls so i feel that he has ripped me off so watch out for craig to rip off!!!!!!!!!!
