This company is in New Jersy. I hired them on to do a couple of projects such as rebuild my website and recreate my company logo. They charged me well over $2K for both projects. They complete the logo, but never sent me the AI files, only a PNG file of the logo. That project cost approximately $900. The second project was for them to rebuild my website.
For the first two tasks, they charged $681 for each task for a total of $1,362. I ended up stopping the project half-way because my project manager (Chris and Scott Harison) kept pressuring me to pay them more money, even though I wanted to complete each section of the project in stages. Since they wouldn't stop pressuring me, I stopped the project entirely.
Since the requirements of the project weren't met, I asked for my money back. Fast forward about three months, I called and asked for my money back again. They refused and stated that, "according to their policies, they weren't going to issue me a refund".
