Cox Commuunications is a provider of High Speed Internet, digital telephone, and television cable. They have the worst possible customer service imaginable. It once took me ten hours on the phone for an entire week to get through to them. While one may save a few cents over the competition I can assure you that it is NOT worthwhile to do business with Cox.

This was not a fluke and waits continue to be unacceptably long for any form of customer service. Besides, customer service is very unsupportive. I quickly cancelled my telephone service. I also have been threatened with account termination for other services through them most recently for less than $3.00

As a person who works in the consumer credit industry I am meeting many persons whose credit has been damaged for failure to return cable boxes and internet modems. If you terminate service be sure to return cable and modem products belonging to Cox. It is better to not do business with them at all.
