After making a call to stop an auto payment a week before due date, they went ahead and took monies from my bank account. Called to get that refunded, agent told me it would be no problem and that it would take 24hours to get refunded. 4 days later it has not been refunded. Called agent again and they said there was nothing they could do about it and I would not be getting a refund.

Your report is unclear. First, are you under contract with them right now? If so, what is the contract?

From what I see, it looks like you signed a contract with them and got additional discounts from signing up with their autopayment. If that's the case too, then you can't stop payment while you are still under contract regardless your reason. If you do so, you breach the contract and the company can simply take the money.

Please clarify what really happened that lead to why you called to stop the autopayment.
